Non-SCA Benefits

All employees working in DC are eligible for DC Transportation benefit which allows purchase of pre-tax transportation fares. All employees working in DC are eligible for the DC Family Medical Leave Act and will be eligible for the Paid Family Leave Act Benefit starting in July 2020.    

Includes 3% contribution to their 401k with no matching requirement and the first $7500 of employee Medical (including Dental and Vision) is company paid. Non-SCA employees get 10 paid Holidays and start with 12 days (96 hours) of PTO to be used for vacation and sick time which is accrued over the ten months from January through October and prorated for employees starting after the first week of January.  When an employee reaches 5.5 years, their PTO increases to 17.5 days (136 hours) and at 15 years to 22.5 days (176 hours).
