Analyst IV

Functional Responsibility:

Recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the research, analysis, and design of hardware, software, or cyber systems, businesses processes, or financial structures, to meet the needs of an organization and integrate with existing and future systems. Consults with agencies, commands, or customer leadership as required, to identify overall needs which are translated into buildable requirements. Designs models and develops materials used for analysis and solution development including process maps and diagrams. Functional Responsibility:

  • Ensures all documentation is delivered according to specified guidelines. Proofreads documents for accuracy. Works with technical resources to improve document quality and usability.
  • Maintains the internal documentation library, provide and/or coordinate special documentation services as required, and manage and coordinate special projects and/or vendors. Corrects documentation defects.
  • Follows the documentation project through to completion, including client signoff, production and archival.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum/General Experience:

6-9 years of relevant experience.

Test Engineer I

Functional Responsibility:

Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Assists in the definition of internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. Requires a bachelor’s degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum/General Experience:

Typically requires 1-2 years of related experience.

Test Engineer II

Functional Responsibility:

Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Defines internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. May coordinate with vendors or suppliers to modify or develop testing for components or other parts. Requires a bachelor’s degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.

Minimum/General Experience:

Typically requires 3 to 5 years of related experience.

Test Engineer III

Functional Responsibility:

Interacts with other engineering groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions. Defines internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs. Documents and analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Ensures testing procedures are in compliance with any required industry specific standards. May coordinate with vendors or suppliers to modify or develop testing for components or other parts. Requires a bachelor’s degree of Engineering. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. May oversee and supervise the work of junior staff.

Web Designer I

Functional Responsibility:

Responsible for designing web pages (including the internal/ external company web page), Responsible for the maintenance of internal/external company web pages. May include reformatting of text, assuring hyperlink integrity, file transfer, and translation and posting of new material to the page involving HTML scripting. Requires knowledge of commercial internet/web tools and protocols. Complies, analyzes, and reports statistics regarding “hits” to the web site. Assists in maintaining security processes and procedures. May answer questions from site visitors, or re-direct(s) mail to appropriate person(s). May conduct on-line technology research.

Minimum Education:

Associates Degree

Minimum/General Experience:

2 years’ experience in Web design and knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in Web design.

Web Developer I

Functional Responsibility:

Provides application development and technical support for internal and external Webs within a cybersecurity environment; develops Web pages and applications for customers; collaborates with graphic artists to develop Web page graphics that support interactive, marketing-focused content; provides technical consultation in new systems development, new package evaluations and enhancements of existing systems; prepares functional specifications from which programs will be written, then designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs; participates in the technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of Web site enhancements; plans, schedules and conducts systems tests, monitors test results, and takes appropriate corrective action; may prepare technical user guides.
