Mr. Petrie has decades of proven business strategy and business development results in both the public and private sectors, significantly contributing to the bottom line of companies he has worked for in the past. In his current position as Vice President for Corporate Growth(VPCG), Mr. Petrie is responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for CeleraPro. As a certified HUBZone company, CeleraPro brings valuable skills and HUBZone status to prime contractors and strategic partners.
Since 2007, Mr. Petrie has won over $600M in government contracts government entities such as FEMA, USCIS and the US Patent and Trade Office. He has worked for 8(a) and woman-owned small businesses. He doubled the size of a WOSB in 18 months with the winning of a $130M contract, the largest award in the company’s 25-year history. Mr. Petrie has also worked for large corporations such as General Dynamics Information Technology where he won a $232M contract at DHS, and Perot Systems, winning the FEMA COMMIT $500M ceiling IDIQ and 5 of the 10 subsequently issued task orders. Prior to joining CeleraPRo, Mr. Petrie was V.P. of Strategy for Aeronomy, a Desktop as a Service cloud service provider serving the education and transportation industries.
He has been involved in multiple start-up companies including Titan Systems, Avatar Solutions and FedCaptus. He was a principal at Booz Allen where he was the first director of the Firm’s System Resource Center, the fusion point of business strategy and technology for the Firm. While with Booz Allen, he was principal on engagements for clients such as American Express Travel Related Services and Fiat Automobile in Turin, Italy.
