Mrs. Traore has over 19 years’ experience in the Quality Management, IT Auditing and Continuous Process Improvement ecosystem leading Quality Assurance programs and portfolios. She has led process and product Quality Assurance (PPQA) programs on major high CMMi maturity contracts She is passionate about quality management, compliance and process improvement.

Ms. Traore has been providing her leadership on Quality programs serving customers internationally and at several government agencies including EPA, FDIC, PBGC, US Patent and Trade Office. She has helped both small, and large organizations implement Quality Management credentials including ISO 9001:2015, CMMI DEV L3, ITIL and FedRAMP and maintain compliance. As a Quality Manager, she champions a culture of quality and continuous improvement while emphasizing agility, innovation accountability and customer satisfaction.

In recent engagements, Ndeye has provided independent management consulting and strategic planning services to international corporations including the African Development Bank. Currently, with CeleraPro, Ms. Traore is responsible for in Quality Management, Compliance and Process Improvements. She oversees and guides the company’s objectives to achieve and maintain certification in ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-SVC L3, NIST 800-171, and CMMC L3.

Ms. Traore earned her bachelor’s degree in English literature and an MBA in Business Finance and international business from The University of The District of Columbia. She also holds a certificate in Information Systems from The George Washington University as well as several professional certifications including PMP, CSM, ITIL, ISO 27001:2013. Originally from Senegal, a beautiful Country on the west coast of Africa, Ms. Traore speaks French, English and Spanish. she is an avid volunteer with nonprofit organizations advocating learning, public health, child nutrition and interfaith tolerance.
